Jayden - 18 months

What's Jayden like at 18 months?

Well...

He doesn't eat very well (overall - although the past three days he has been on a cereal bar/peanut/applesauce kick... I won't complain)

He's not an amazing sleeper.... He wakes up early morning, screaming, anytime between 1-4am, luckily he almost always (99% of the time) falls back asleep within an hour and sleeps until at least 6-6:30am. He does take a really good afternoon nap almost always.

He cries and is crabby a lot. And he ALWAYS wants to be held - by me.

He makes lots of talking "noises" all day long, but does not actually talk -except for "Jack", "yes", "that" - which I guess are only discernible - (is that a word???) to me.

So, he's not really at all like Jack was at 18 months - he who slept, ate and talked...

However, Jayden is a wonderful little boy. He is sweet and crazy. He loves to play, but not always share. He LOVES to cuddle. He loves his blankies (he has two - brown and blue, he needs them both). He likes ice cream and yogurt melts. He still loves watching Tangled, he likes to dance and sing. He likes being around other kids and adores his brother, most of the time - although he can get very upset if Jack doesn't share with him. Jayden is very possessive of his things and of me, if Jack is on my lap Jayden will squeeze himself inbetween us, or if Jack gets up Jayden will run to fill his place. He loves bath time and playing outside. He is always eager to help - his favorite things to do are to put stuff in the garbage/laundry shute for me or bring me his shoes!

We'll see how big he is later today at the doctor... if we can make it there in this massive snowstorm outside! Just kidding :)
