On Thursday morning we went to the zoo! It was lots of fun.
I decided to take the boys into the Dinosaurs exhibits, since we had never gone (it costs extra) They loved it!
Checking out the flamingos first.
Jack wanted to stop and look at this pretend dino outside the bird building before we got to the "real"ones... We walked really fast all the way to the back of the zoo to get their first before all the field trip kids got there. And we beat them!
We followed the dino tracks....
We made it! This was a big one for climbing/picture taking right inside the entrance.
An archeological dig!
The dinosaurs were really cool - the moved and made noise and even spit out water at us! Boys boys like them for the most part, but got a little nervous when the water started coming out.....
T-Rex!
At the end was the one where you could see the robot parts inside and use the controller to move the parts around - Jack really liked that!
After we got to the end, we backtracked and saw them all again since it wasn't crowded yet.
After a lunch outside by the flamingos we came home and enjoyed the pool for the rest of the afternoon.
